Pleurotus ostreatus var. columbinusBlue Oyster MushroomStrain: M 2136 |

Qualities:
Characteristics:This rustic Pleurotus ostreatus generates the same voluminous tufts as the wild variety. The bright-blue to brown-grey fruit bodies are firmly fleshed (cap diam. 8 à 10 cm.) and therefore perfectly storable. Due to the less aggressive mycelium there is an increased risk of infections. Therefore it is less appropriate for commercial production. |
