Qualities:
Characteristics:Weakness parasite related to the Oyster mushroom, having a big commercial success in Japan. Is grown in bottles, the groups of mushrooms being harvested before the caps open. The beige, crumbly caps have a diameter of ca. 2 cm, while the grown harvested mushrooms have caps with a diameter of 7 to 9 cm. |
